Lady T-boned my driver door. took car to Greensboro Auto Body 11 times and still not repaired correctly. They painted it wrong color twice, left tape under car, pulled tape off inside door and peeled the paint off that they had already painted. left trash in paint ,EVERY TIME I TOOK IT BACK I TOLD THEM THERE WAS WIND NOISE AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT CORRECTLY. I was told each time it was fixed. I finally took it to 2 different body shops and they all spotted the issue from the start. The Rocker Panel was bent up. the car should have been totaled to start with. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE RIP OFF. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAZY. THEY WILL STAND TO YOUR FACE AND LIE TO YOU. I HAVE READ OTHER COMPLAINTS OF MIS-USE OF CARS THAT WERE THERE TO BE PAINTED. I ALSO NOTIFIED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I TELL EVEYONE I COME ACROSS ABOUT THESE RIP OFF PEOPLE. HAD ISSUES ADDING REMAINING PICTURES. IT WOULD ONLY LET ME DOWNLOAD ONE. BUT I HAVE MANY WITH ALL THIS. I also paid $180.00 to have them clean my head lights. OMG they scratched them up so bad that they are not repairable. What a MESS these people are. BUT YOU GO BACK 11 TIMES . WHO DOES THAT WITH A BUSINESS.

Greensboro Auto Body (Formerly Mcduffie) took great care or my vehicle repair! They were professional and took the time to explain the process of the repair and insurance claim. I recommend this body shop for your repairs as they were honest and had good communication. Eddie, the store Manager and the employees I interacted with were fantastic through this process!

Their attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Every vehicle they’ve ever worked on for me has been returned better than before it was damaged. The lines are better than factory and the paint matching was spot on!

Just bought a brand new charger, and a semi truck scraped the front bumper off. McDuffie’s had me come in to get an estimate, and then when I brought my vehicle in for the repairs, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. My baby looks brand new again! Thank you so much!!

Recent bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia online through a major car retailer and received it to find the front bumper had been pretty chewed up during the transport. McDuffies got me a quote in just a few minutes I was able to take back and get approved for the work. They were super communicative the entire time and made to sure to follow up with me on all the steps along the way. Quick turn around time too, definitely will be going back for any other paint needs. Highly recommend for anyone in Greensboro.
